1. What is the temperature color changing filament?

Temperature color changing filament( also known as thermochromism) is a reprocessed substance of PLA filament which can change its color due to a temperature changing. Thermochromic pigments are added to PLA, which can be extruded with filaments to produce different color changes with temperature changes. Under the action of external excitation sources of heating, the phenomenon that the color of a substance or a system changes significantly.

About the color-changing principle: the principle of thermochromic pigments uses the difference in temperature to control the color changing. About the temperature

4. What is the property of temperature color changing filament?

Temperature color changing filament is like any standard filament but with one key difference: a color change occurs after heating, and the critical point of temperature change is roughly 33 degrees.At 30ºC it looks green/orange/pink/blue, when the temperature is higher than 33ºC it starts to turn yellow/white. Please note that such filaments should be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. The longer the exposure time, the faster the color will fade.

5、What’s the difference between temperature color changing filament and other temperature color changing filament?

7. What matters should be paid attention to when using temperature color changing filament?

(1)Pay attention to the moisture resistance of the filament. The PLA glow in the dark 3d filaments has the characteristics of water absorption. After you use it, please put the filaments in a sealed box or a sealed bag and add a desiccant for storage.

(2)The nozzle printing temperature of PLA glow in the dark 3d filaments is 190-220 degrees.

(3)Our PLA glow in the dark 3d filaments are also suitable for use under 0.4mm nozzle.

(4) Please clean the nozzle immediately after use. You can use pla filament of about 15CM to feed into the printer and extrude to achieve the purpose of cleaning
