White PEBA 90A High Rebound 3D Filament by iSANMATE is a flexible Shore 90A material. It is built for reliable flexible functional parts on common FDM printers. This High Rebound PEBA 90A filament offers good elasticity and stable extrusion. It delivers a smooth finish for consistent everyday 3D prints.

It was tested on a Bambu Lab X1C with the Bambu Lab TPU 95A preset. The material completed a continuous 72+ hour run without anomalies. Its typical mechanical values include high elongation and reliable strength. Elongation at Break (X–Y) reaches 561.36%. Tensile Strength (X–Y) is 9.91 MPa, and Tensile Modulus (X–Y) is 18.48 MPa. It prints best at a 230°C nozzle and a 35–65°C heated bed. Use a 30–70% cooling fan and a stable speed of 40–60 mm/s. Set retraction to 0.4–1.4 mm to keep stringing minimal. This filament is highly hygroscopic, so dry it before printing. Pre-dry at 80°C for 8–12 hours for stable, clean results. TIPS

Pre-dry the hygroscopic filament at 80°C for 8–12 hours (or 100°C for 3–5 hours) before printing; a filament dryer box helps prevent poor bed adhesion, severe stringing and material starvation.
Start from the Bambu Lab TPU 95A preset and keep speed in the stable 40–60 mm/s range; avoid extreme speeds, as very high speed may cause material starvation.
Use 0.4–1.4 mm retraction (around 1.2–1.5 mm works well) with 0.4 mm Z-hop to minimize stringing; no adhesive is required on a standard build plate.
