Its high temperature resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance make it an extremely valuable material.
iSANMATE peek 3D Filament Product Description
Features
PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is one of the polymers with excellent comprehensive properties in the world. PEEK has good mechanical properties, high and low temperature resistance and chemical resistance, making it a usable material for some harsh application conditions. PEEK also has good biocompatibility and modulus properties very close to bone, making it a popular material for implants in the medical community.
The high-performance PEEK material of iSANMATE is a 3D printing filament used for the principle of fused filament deposition (FFF/FDM) technology, with a printing temperature of 380℃-430℃ and a cavity temperature of 90℃. The universal wire diameter is 1.75mm, and the material has excellent adhesion between layers, which greatly improves the impact resistance, strength and durability of printed products. PEEK materials are currently used to manufacture articles for demanding applications in the aerospace, automotive, petrochemical and medical industries.
