iSANMATE PCL Filament Product Description

This filament is applicable to Low Temperature 3D pen only, with its printing temperature ranging from 80℃ to 100℃.
Its diameter is 1.75mm with tolerance of +/-0.02mm; compatible with most 1.75 mm 3D pens and printers.
It is made from food grade PCL, a material, which is green and environmentally friendly.
There are 10 different colors, which makes this product a great material for low temperature 3D pen to create colorful projects.

What is PCL Filament and its application in 3D printing

Polycaprolactone (PCL) is biodegradable polyester with a low melting point of around 60°C and a glass transition temperature of about −60°C. PCL is prepared by ring-opening polymerization of ɛ-caprolactone using a catalyst such as stannous octanoate.
