The iSANMATE 2025 in Review – A Year of Progress, Partnerships & Community

2025 has come to an end, and we’d like to pause for a moment to look back on the past year. The past year wasn’t marked by launching new 3d printing materials or marketing campaigns, but rather by steady progress. We improved our products continuously, chatted with our customers, strengthened partnerships, and maintained our overseas brand promotion.

Advancing Printing Filament Steadily

Instead of chasing trends, we focused on filament stability, printing reliability, and color accuracy—these are what users most care about in their daily printing needs.

Aesthetic Materials Launched
iSANMATE continues to invest in the research and development of aesthetic materials. We have launched the PETG series, with transparent and translucent types. There are multiple gorgeous color options.

Functional Materials Launched
We are investing more in functional materials. In 2025, we launched kinds of high-performance carbon fiber 3d filament materials, such as ABS carbon fiber filament, ASA carbon fiber filament, PA12 carbon fiber filament, PA6 carbon fiber filament, PAHT carbon fiber filament, PC carbon fiber filament, and PP carbon fiber filament; we also launched glass fiber filament series, including PLA filament glass fiber, PETG filament glass fiber, ABS filament glass fiber, and ASA filament glass fiber. These 3d printing materials offer excellent performance in applications.

Industry Application Materials Launched
With the development of 3D printing technology, industry application materials are becoming increasingly important. In 2025, the iSANMATE R&D team launched several impressive 3d printing filaments: PLA material for medical assistive devices, PC material for lighting fixtures, and TPU material for shoe insoles (the high-speed series is popular among customers globally).

Also, we have PLA Wood Filament Launched. It is composed of natural wood powder (15%-20%) and PLA materials, with the strength of PLA and the texture of wood fiber. Our products are compatible with most of 3d FDM printers on the market, avoiding issues such as hotend clogging and weak interlayer adhesion.

Global Presence – Participating in Exhibitions to Expand Brand Influence

In 2025, iSANMATE actively participated in industry exhibitions, including Rapid + TCT, Formnext Asia, TCT Asia, and Formnext Frankfurt. At these events, we not only brought new products but also listened to feedback from users and industry professionals. These exchanges with 3D printing users, distributors, and other professionals continuously influenced our perspectives on product development and long-term growth.

Holiday Giveaway

During the holiday season, we held giveaways on Facebook and Instagram to thank the makers who support us. Although the giveaways are only a small part of our work, this event allowed us to once again feel the enthusiasm and engagement of our audience. To each participant: Thank you. You are why we do this.
